What is the best age to start?

Your martial arts journey can begin at any age. Our adult classes are open to anybody aged 17 and over. 

When are the classes?

Tai Chi classes are held on Monday and Wednesday at 9:30am

What equipment do I need to bring?

Nothing! Just where comforatble clothing you can easliy move it

How much does it cost?
